2. Required Information
Please have your government-issued ID, proof of income (last 3 pay stubs), and rental history contacts ready for a smooth process.

Our team meticulously reviews every application within 1–2 business days to get you into your new home as soon as possible.
Application FAQs
What are the income requirements?
To qualify, applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent.
What documents do I need to provide?
Please have your photo ID, two most recent pay stubs, and current landlord contact information ready for submission.
Do you allow co-signers?
Yes, we accept co-signers for applicants who do not meet the income requirements independently. Co-signers must also pass a background check.
How long does the approval process take?
Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days once all required documentation is received.
